Missouri ArtSafe Pledge

In accordance with the Missouri ArtSafe Pledge, we are taking steps to reopen our concerts to patrons in a safe, responsible manner. To ensure that we may Create Safely, Present Safely, and Attend Safely we pledge to:

• Facial coverings
• Social distancing
• Health checks
• Contact tracing
• Enhanced sanitation
• Training in COVID-19 safe practices

The Gateway Festival Orchestra will present concerts in our community following guidelines set by the local government and health department. Based on current stands, plans for our summer 2021 concerts will include:

• Masks required for all staff, volunteers, patrons and musicians
• Physical distancing of patrons in the audience and musicians on stage
• Maintain records of concert attendees and musicians for contact tracing purposes
• Work with venues to ensure enhanced sanitation and hand sanitizers for patrons
• Contact-free entry procedures
• Health checks for staff, volunteers and musicians prior to events
• COVID-19 mitigation training for all staff and volunteers
